We are looking for a Senior Workday Extend Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend to design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that extend standard Workday capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Workday Extend.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Integrate Workday Extend applications with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Develop and support Workday APIs, EIBs, Studio integrations, and custom workflows.
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance for Workday Extend development.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years of strong Workday Extend development experience.
- Expertise in Workday Extend, Workday APIs, Studio, EIB, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related modules.
- Experience with business process configuration and security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Extend Certification.
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Prior experience leading Workday Extend implementations or enhancements.
