Detailed JD – The ideal candidate should have Order to Cash (OTC) domain with a basic understanding of processes such as Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections, or Dispute Management. The candidate should be a Commerce/Accounts graduate (B.Com or equivalent) with positive analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Exposure to SAP or any ERP system will be an added advantage.
Shift time – 12:00PM to 9:30PM
Work mode - Hybrid (WFO for first 2 months and Hybrid post 2 months)
