Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated BMS flashing and verification test sequences using NI LabVIEW.
Perform module-level validation and testing through CAN, CAN FD, and I2C communication interfaces.
Execute Gauge R&R; studies and ensure accuracy and repeatability of voltage, resistance, and thermistor measurements.
Integrate barcode scanners and traceability systems for production test data tracking.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as UN 38.3, UL 1973, and IEC 62619.
Optimize test cycle times through parallel testing, DCIR testing, and cell balancing strategies.
Troubleshoot and debug production-line issues related to test equipment, electrical assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
Support root cause analysis of test failures and improve overall manufacturing quality.
