The Intern - ORM will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling grievances, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves responding to customer queries, addressing concerns, and maintaining grievance reports.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Feedback Management
Make and receive calls from potential and existing customers. Assist customers with their concerns and inquiries.
Convince customers to change negative feedback to positive.
Grievance Handling & Resolution
Identify the root cause of customer grievances and escalate to the concerned team. Follow up on escalated grievances to ensure timely resolution.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective interaction.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Monitor and respond to customer reviews on social media and online platforms. Maintain records of online feedback and escalate critical issues.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly grievance reports. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Educational Qualification:
Any graduate (Female candidates only)
Languages Known:
English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (Mandatory)
Solid knowledge of Social Media Platforms
