Qualifications
Robust understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map requirements to Oracle Fusion solutions.
Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution recommendations.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications modules in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud.
Knowledge of Integration concepts and tools for connecting Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
Ability to document functional and technical specifications, test scenarios, and user guides clearly.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
Relevant Oracle certifications or training in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud are an advantage.
