Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams.
Maintain employee records in HRMS.
Conduct induction and support recent hires during onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Knowledge of HR onboarding or HR operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is preferred.
