Experience
5 to 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
Robust experience supporting Oracle R12 Financial modules.
Experience in Production Support setting.
Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Financial modules.
Analyze and resolve production issues.
Support users during critical financial periods.
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Monitor and resolve period close exceptions.
Assist with account reconciliations and balancing.
Validate subledger to GL reconciliations.
Support close schedule adherence and issue tracking.
Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely financial close.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Perform system configuration changes when required.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
Conduct impact analysis and testing.
Support UAT and production deployments.
