Job Overview

PRMK Energy is looking for a reliable, hard-working, and proactive Office Boy to manage daily administrative support tasks, maintain cleanliness, and handle day-to-day office errands. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office setting runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Clean, dust, and maintain the office premises daily, including desks, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.
Ensure pantry and restroom facilities are kept clean and hygienic throughout the day.
Pantry & Hospitality Services:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, executives, and visiting guests.
Monitor pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, water, snacks, cleaning products) and report shortages to administrative staff.
Errands & Outdoor Tasks:
Collect, distribute, and dispatch mail, packages, invoices, and documents between departments or external offices/courier centers.




Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, purchasing office supplies, or local deliveries as needed.
Administrative & Routine Support:
Assist administrative and HR staff with filing, printing, photocopying, and organizing document sets.
Manage office equipment routine setup (ensuring paper in printers, turning off lights/ACs at the end of the day).
Assist in setting up conference rooms for internal meetings or client presentations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass preferred.
Experience: Freshers can also apply.
Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English and fluency in Hindi or Marathi.
Attributes: Punctual, polite, well-groomed, trustworthy, and capable of multi-tasking under basic supervision.

Working Hours & Compensation
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Competitive based on experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹5,000.86 - ₹18,000.33 per month
