Role: Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Functional / Technical Split: 75% Functional / 25% Technical

Technology: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12

Fusion: None required / Optional

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate should have a strong functional background with approximately 75% Functional and 25% Technical experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Mandatory Oracle EBS R12 Modules
Inventory Management
Order Management (OM)
Shipping

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both implementation and production/support projects across the above modules.

Secondary Skill
WMS (Warehouse Management System) – Supporting experience in at least one project is required.

Nice to Have
Discrete Manufacturing / Quality
ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)

Functional Responsibilities
Requirement gathering and analysis
Business process understanding and mapping
Functional design and solutioning




Oracle EBS R12 configuration
Implementation and rollout activities
Production support and issue resolution
Incident and problem management
Functional testing and UAT support
Coordination with business users and technical teams
Root cause analysis and resolution of functional issues
Preparation of functional documentation
Client and stakeholder communication

Technical Responsibilities
Basic to intermediate technical knowledge supporting Oracle EBS R12
SQL / PL/SQL knowledge
Analysis of interfaces, reports and integrations
Technical troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams
Data analysis and validation
Support for technical fixes related to SCM modules

Key Requirements
10+ years of overall Oracle EBS R12 experience
Solid Oracle EBS R12 SCM background
Mandatory experience in:
Inventory
Order Management
Shipping
Implementation + Support experience is mandatory
WMS support experience in at least one project
Strong functional orientation (75% Functional / 25% Technical)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Oracle Fusion experience is not mandatory and is only an optional skill
