Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires a strong blend of functional understanding of HR processes and hands-on technical skills in implementing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless delivery of HCM projects.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Rapid Formulas, and HDL Loader templates.
Design and support complex integrations with third-party systems.
Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.).




Proven hands-on expertise in:
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher
Rapid Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI)
Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Exposure to Oracle Redwood UX / Page Composer / Sandbox configurations.
Experience with Payroll interfaces and third-party benefits/time providers.
Prior experience in multi-country HCM rollouts.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Core HR / Payroll / Talent) preferred.
