WINGS Brand Activations is looking for a agile and responsible Operations Executive to manage field operations, coordinate with field teams and clients, and handle MIS/system-related activities.

Key Responsibilities Field Operations – 70%
Conduct field visits to client locations, branches, stores, and activity locations.
Coordinate and monitor field teams and daily operational activities.
Ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timelines.
Coordinate with field executives, supervisors, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and activity execution.
Collect field reports, photographs, documents, and activity details.
Follow up with field teams for pending activities and reports.
Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Travel to different locations based on business requirements.

MIS / System Work – 30%
Maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly operational data using MS Excel.
Prepare and update MIS reports, trackers, and operational records.
Maintain attendance, productivity, activity, and performance data.
Consolidate information received from field teams.
Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
Prepare basic reports and presentations for management/client requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
