Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to manage overall manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower, quality, inventory, and operational efficiency in a switchgear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules.
Supervise production teams and allocate manpower.
Monitor production quality and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and sales teams.
Monitor raw material and inventory requirements.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Improve productivity and reduce operational wastage.




Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare operational reports for management.
Implement process improvement initiatives.
Monitor overall operational performance.

Required Skills
