Position Summary
Collect, analyze, and interpret plant performance data.
Compare plant KPIs and identify best-performing plants and improvement areas.
Provide data-driven insights and reports to management.
Key Responsibilities
Download, collect, and maintain plant data in Excel/databases.
Analyze productivity, manpower, quality, delivery, and performance KPIs.
Compare plants and identify benchmarks.
Identify performance gaps and improvement prospects.
Prepare Excel dashboards, charts, and reports.
Monitor trends, deviations, and productivity.
Conduct weekly/monthly plant performance analysis.
Develop automated reports and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with plants for data clarification and consistency.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas
Power BI/Tableau preferred
Data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience
6 months to 1 years in manufacturing data analysis, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or plant performance reporting.
