Role & responsibilities
Responsible for overall business operations of the Manufacturing plant mainly engaged in Precision Steel Fabrication
Will be responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom line for the unit
Job involves achieving high levels of productivity and quality in precision steel fabrication
Position demands excellent leadership qualities and high energy levels to build positive work culture.
Position demands valuable knowledge of cncmachine, fabrication techniques and Recent product developments
Must be well equipped and should be able to implement Lean Manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems.
Understand Customers Demands and ensure delivery as committed.
Directs the activities of the business development and its operation to ensure a profitable business.




Fulfill the objectives of unit as set by the company management.

Preferred candidate profile
Incumbent should be B.E Mechwith 18-25years experience in steel fabrication in Engineering /Automotive / Project based industry
Should have strong hold on manufacturing and manpower handling.
Candidate should be from General or precision engineering companies.
Must have a high level understanding of customers technical & functional requirements for ensuring an acceptable quality level.
Also must possess a high degree of networking skill to build and nurture long-term customer’s loyalty.
