About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to own our online growth.
This is not just a campaign management role.
You will work hands-on across Amazon, Meta, Google and Quick Commerce, managing spends, analysing performance and making day-to-day growth decisions.
What You'll Own
Performance marketing across Meta, Google & Amazon
E-commerce & Quick Commerce revenue growth
Daily/weekly budget allocation and optimization
ROAS, CAC, ACOS, TACOS, MER and contribution analysis
SKU, campaign, audience and channel-level performance
Identifying where to scale, cut or reallocate spends
Building performance dashboards and actionable insights
Working with creative, e-commerce and sales teams to drive growth
Who We're Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / E-commerce / D2C
Robust experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & Amazon Ads
Robust understanding of ROAS, CAC, ACOS, TACOS and contribution margins
Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Someone who is comfortable owning numbers, not just campaigns
Quick Commerce experience is a robust plus
