Experience: 15–20 Years (MSME, Steel Fabrication, or Roll Forming preferred)
Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to take full P&L; ownership of our 24x7 manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of 50-100 employees and drive end-to-end operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
Lead daily plant operations and ensure strict adherence to PQCDMS targets.
Control manufacturing costs, reduce work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, and minimize scrap.
Manage third-party job work vendors and optimize machine availability.
Enforce legal compliance, budgeting, and a zero-incident safety culture.
Requirements: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with solid leadership and change-management skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
