Responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant also to overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
To manage workforce planning, safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Also responsible to leads process improvement initiatives, controls costs, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and ensures timely delivery of products.




Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a explicit sense of direction and focus.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

Exp: Min 10 Yrs Qualification: BE/ B.Tech- Mechanical, Production,

Industry Preference- Only Door or Acoustic Ind.

Pay: ₹560,244.30 - ₹1,946,550.85 per year
