Role Overview
We are looking for a Tamil-speaking CRM / Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into Prospect Walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads from digital campaigns, website, and other sources.
Connect with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products and showrooms.
Qualify leads and schedule showroom visits.
Maintain lead data and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and updates.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Tamil – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Added advantage
1+ year experience in CRM, pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead management.
Positive communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Customer-friendly and target-oriented approach.
