Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Head with strong expertise in PET Preform manufacturing, technical troubleshooting, customer complaint resolution, and recent product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer complaints and technical issues at the customer end.
Troubleshoot production, process, quality, and mould-related issues .
Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for problem resolution.
Manage new product development, trials, and product design finalization as per customer requirements.
Provide technical guidance for improving product quality and production efficiency.
Support customer visits, technical discussions, and complaint closure.
Monitor recurring technical issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in PET Preform / Plastics industry.
Strong knowledge of PET Preform manufacturing processes and troubleshooting .
Experience in customer complaint handling and technical support .
Exposure to product development and design finalization .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
