Ensure accurate and timely salary, incentives, bonus and statutory payments.
Robust hands-on knowledge of SAP Payroll processing, wage types, schemas, retro, PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS.
Ensure smooth integration of payroll data between SAP, Zoho and attendance systems.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure multi-state payroll and statutory compliance.
Support PF/ESI inspections, labour audits, statutory notices and government authorities.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory inputs to Finance.
Master Data & MIS
Maintain accurate SAP & Zoho employee master data and payroll records.
Ensure payroll controls, documentation and audit readiness.
Prepare payroll MIS, analytical reports and dashboards.
Support budgeting and C&B; benchmarking activities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Admin and plant/location teams.
Manage payroll vendors and monitor SLA and service quality.
Drive SAP payroll process improvements, automation and standardization.
