We are looking for a Pricing Executive Sea Export to support our Sea Export Pricing team in obtaining competitive freight rates and space availability from shipping lines, NVOCCs and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain Sea Export freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents.
Check space availability, sailing schedules and cut-off dates.
Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents for rates and availability.
Provide accurate and timely rates and space information to the CS/Sales team.
Maintain updated rate sheets, tariffs and pricing records.
Follow up on pricing and carrier-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure timely response to pricing requests.
Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
Valuable understanding of Sea Export processes, shipping lines and ocean freight.
Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Graduate in any discipline.
