About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Post-Sales Investment Counsellor to join our team in Chennai.

The role involves engaging with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and concerns, providing ongoing assistance, and ensuring a smooth post-investment experience. The counsellor will also be responsible for regular follow-ups, addressing client queries, maintaining robust relationships, and helping clients stay informed throughout their investment journey.

This is a client-facing role suited for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, is confident in communicating over the phone, has strong interpersonal and follow-up skills,



and is interested in building a career in financial services and investments.

Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products such as Mutual Funds and Bonds
Engage with referred prospects and convert opportunities into active clients
Address client queries, handle objections, and maintain consistent follow-ups
Achieve defined KPI metrics related to business generation and client engagement
Encourage referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities across investment products
Maintain accurate client information and interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications & Skills
Learning-first attitude and willingness to build a career in wealth management
Bachelor’s degree in any domain
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Basic understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds and Bonds
Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven setting
