PCB Assembly Production Engineer :
Manage daily PCB assembly operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SMT, through-hole, and manual soldering processes.
Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime in PCB assembly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in production.
Monitor production yields and implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
Maintain and update documentation for production processes and improvements.
Train and guide assembly technicians to improve performance and technical skills.




Support the introduction of current products by developing assembly workflows.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
