Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 24 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and appointment enquiries through paid digital campaigns and optimizing campaigns for better CPL and conversions

. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Video, Lead Generation, WhatsApp, and Remarketing campaigns.
Generate and optimize high-quality leads for healthcare services.
Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend.
Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking.




Coordinate with the creative team for performance-focused ad creatives.
Track lead quality and appointment conversions with the sales/front-office team.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Ensure campaigns follow Google & Meta healthcare advertising policies.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with YouTube Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
Valuable understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking and optimization.
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and remarketing.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Healthcare, Dermatology, Hair Transplant, Hair & Skin Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Medical or Cosmetic Clinics will be preferred.
