Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Collect and update patient demographic and basic insurance information.
Address patient queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain patient records and call details in the system.
Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / BPO.
Freshers are most welcome.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of US Healthcare is an advantage.
Valuable listening and patient-handling skills.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
