Role Description This is a full-time, in office Patient Calling role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to patients on behalf of healthcare providers. We are hiring for 50+ employees.
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain billing and insurance information in straightforward terms.
Customer service skills focused on empathy, patience, active listening, and conflict resolution when handling patient concerns.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using call center or CRM systems, email, and data entry tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information, call notes, and follow-up actions.
Prior experience in healthcare, medical billing, or international call center environments is an advantage.
