Job Title: Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and report patients’ basic needs and any changes in their condition to nurses.
Assist nurses and doctors during patient care when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings.
Help in shifting and transporting patients safely within the hospital.
Support patients with personal care and provide emotional support.
Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
Handle basic patient-care equipment properly.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Perform other duties assigned by the nursing or hospital management team.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA/Patient Care Assistant or similar healthcare role.
Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
