: Plant Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Acts as the key leader driving operational excellence and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and lean manufacturing practices. Manage workforce planning, training, and performance management.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
Own plant budgets, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams for seamless execution.
Build and nurture a performance-driven, team-oriented,



and safety-conscious workforce. Leads employee engagement, training, and career development.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations; MBA preferred.
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in leadership. Robust knowledge of production systems, lean/TPM practices, and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
