Role Summary

We are looking for a packaging development professional to support the development, optimization and commercialization of creative packaging solutions. The role will involve working across materials, packaging structures, suppliers, manufacturing and testing to deliver cost-effective, functional and scalable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and control packaging material specifications and artworks for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
Conduct packaging machine trials and ensure packaging solutions comply with company requirements

. • Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for packaging development and KLD activities.
Coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Production, Regulatory, Supply Chain, vendors and clients for NPD and packaging modifications.
Benchmark competitor packaging and monitor market trends to identify alternate packaging solutions

. • Lead packaging projects, maintain project trackers and ensure timely closure.




Support SAP implementation related to packaging data and ensure packaging complies with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Support incoming packaging material QC, production-line troubleshooting, vendor coordination and audit documentation. Candidate Profile
Qualification in Packaging Technology, Polymer/Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in packaging development, R&D;, packaging engineering or quality.
Good understanding of packaging materials, specifications, artworks, machine trials and testing.
Robust cross-functional coordination, problem-solving and project management skills.
