Job Details
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do
Handle customer queries through voice and chat support, based on project requirements.
Provide customer support — No Sales / No Upselling
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries
Maintain quality and professionalism in customer interactions
Update customer records accurately

What We’re Looking For
Positive Communication & Written skils in English ( Mandatory )
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable typing speed




Comfortable working night shifts
