Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily packaging work of sublimation paper rolls.
Manage and guide packaging workers.
Ensure proper packing of rolls as per company requirements.
Check packing material availability and usage.
Ensure finished rolls are properly packed and ready for dispatch.
Coordinate with Production, QC and Dispatch teams.
Maintain basic daily packing records.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the packaging area.
Report any packing or quality issues to the senior/manager.
Required Skills
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Basic understanding of factory work.
Responsible and disciplined.
Ability to manage workers and complete daily targets.
Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
