Responsibilities
FlexPLM Solution Design
Design scalable and sustainable FlexPLM solutions across modules including: Product Development Material Management Color Management Bill of Materials BOM Costing Calendar Management Line Planning Vendor Collaboration Sample Management
Configure FlexPLM using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible
Define functional specifications for custom enhancements
Project Delivery
Lead functional workstreams during implementation projects
Collaborate with technical consultants developers QA teams and architects
Support Agile or Waterfall project execution methodologies
Manage project deliverables timelines and risks
Participate in solution reviews and design governance
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary functional advisor for business users
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and design workshops
Present solution recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with client teams
Testing Deployment
Develop functional test scenarios and test cases
Support System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT
Validate system functionality against business requirements
Assist in production deployment and hypercare activities
Training Change Management
Develop user training materials and process documentation
Conduct end-user and administrator training sessions
Support organizational change management initiatives
Mentor junior consultants and business analysts
Continuous Improvement
Identify prospects to improve existing FlexPLM implementations
Recommend process automation and system optimization initiatives
Stay current with current FlexPLM releases and product capabilities
