Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and assist them throughout their visit.
Handle patient enquiries and provide basic information regarding services.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments.
Assist patients with reports, billing, and other basic administrative requirements.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Guide patients to the appropriate department or consultation area.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Maintain a skilled, clean, and patient-friendly environment.

Requirements
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
Freshers can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly and courteous attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a healthcare workplace and handle patients professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
