Supervise day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth production.
Manage and monitor machinery, production lines and processing activities.
Ensure production is carried out as per quality and quantity requirements.
Allocate work to operators and workers and monitor their performance.
Monitor raw material feeding, production output, wastage and finished goods.
Maintain daily production, stock, machine and manpower records.
Identify machine/process issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the plant.
Monitor electricity, water and other utilities to minimize unnecessary consumption.
Ensure proper segregation and handling of different types of plastic materials.
Check the quality of finished granules and report deviations to management.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, accounts and management regarding production requirements.
Ensure proper loading, unloading and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Train workers on machine operation, safety procedures and work practices.
Report daily production, downtime, wastage, manpower and other key plant information to management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable environmental and safety requirements.
Take responsibility for overall plant discipline and operational efficiency
