We are looking for an experienced Pad Printing Machine Operator / Technician to operate and manage our pad printing machine for industrial/product printing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage the pad printing machine
Set up the machine for different products and printing requirements
Prepare and adjust printing plates, pads, inks and fixtures
Maintain proper printing quality, alignment and color consistency
Troubleshoot basic machine and printing issues
Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance
Monitor production quantity and quality
Minimise printing defects and wastage
Follow production and safety procedures
Maintain the machine and work area properly
Requirements
Previous experience operating a pad printing machine is preferred
Experience in industrial/product printing will be an advantage
Valuable understanding of printing quality and machine settings
Ability to independently operate and manage the machine
Responsible and willing to work in a production workplace
ITI / technical qualification preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience
Salary & Benefits ₹22,000 per month + other facilities, depending on experience and skills.
