Performance Marketing Manager

We run campaigns that move product, fill tables, and build brands - not just impressions. We are looking for someone who treats ad accounts the way a chef treats a kitchen: with full ownership, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for waste.

The Role

You will manage performance marketing for PixelOMedia and our clients across FMCG, Hospitality, and D2C brands. Your job is not to run ads. Your job is to drive revenue, generate qualified leads, and protect budgets like they are your own money.

Meta Ads: Campaign strategy, audience building, A/B testing creatives, and optimising for ROAS across Facebook and Instagram.
Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube - full funnel from awareness to conversion
ROAS Ownership: Set targets, hit them, explain them. Every rupee spent must have a transparent return tied to it
Ad Hooks and Copy: Write and brief scroll-stopping hooks,



primary text, and CTAs that actually convert
Ad Visuals: Brief the creative team on what the ad needs to look and feel like - thumbnails, static, UGC formats
Lead Generation: Build and manage lead gen campaigns for the agency and clients - quality over quantity
Client Reporting: Weekly and monthly numbers that clients actually understand - ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC in plain language
Budget Management: Daily budget monitoring, scaling winners, and killing what is not working
Testing: Ongoing creative and audience testing - structured, documented, and acted upon
Retargeting: Build pixel-based and list-based retargeting flows that bring back warm audiences.

Sectors you will work in
FMCG - Driving product discovery, trials, and repeat purchases through performance funnels.
Hospitality - Lead generation for hotels, restaurants and experiental brands - enquiries, bookings and walk ins.
Agency clients - Generating current leads for the agency and help in scaling into UAE markets.
