We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 8+ years of experience, solid functional expertise across FI and CO, and preferably hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The candidate should be capable of independently handling Finance workstreams across the complete implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations from requirement gathering, Fit-to-Standard, configuration and testing through cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Robust hands-on experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger and Margin Analysis/CO-PA.
Strong understanding of month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliation and statutory processes.
Robust integration knowledge across FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP and FI-PS.
Conduct customer workshops, understand business requirements and translate them into SAP standard solutions.
Handle SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover,



end-user training and post-go-live support.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams for reports, interfaces, forms, workflows and enhancements.
Mentor junior consultants and independently manage customer and cross-functional stakeholders.
