Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to achieve better productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to meet production and quality requirements.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor process parameters, cycle time, productivity, rejection, and process efficiency.
Identify process-related problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve process performance.
Prepare and maintain process documents, work instructions, SOPs, process flow charts, and other engineering documents.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.
Support current product development, process trials, and process validation activities.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, material flow, and process cycle time.




Ensure processes are followed as per defined standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day process issues.
Maintain process-related records and prepare improvement reports.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

0–2 years / 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills are preferred.
