Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The Pediatrician will diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, monitor growth and development, provide preventive healthcare services, and guide parents on child health and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents.
Monitor patients’ growth, development, and vaccination schedules.
Provide preventive healthcare and routine pediatric check-ups.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans as required.
Counsel parents/guardians regarding nutrition, hygiene, immunization, and child development.
Handle pediatric emergencies and provide immediate medical care when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff for patient management.
Ensure adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Required Qualifications:




MBBS with MD in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Emergency handling and decision-making skills
Team coordination and leadership abilities

Preferred Experience:
Experience in hospitals, child care clinics, NICU/PICU, or telemedicine services.
Experience in community health programs and pediatric camps will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:
May require rotational shifts, emergency duties, and weekend availability.
Ability to handle high patient volume in OPD/IPD settings.

As per company standards and experience.
