Attract, Engage with, and Assess High-Quality Founders: Identify top-tier founding entrepreneurs for the fund to invest in, with such founders running independent portfolio companies following fund's investment.
Building a robust brand through marketing and communications activities that reliably produce traction and founders.
Manage the founder platform and experience for founders following investment, coordinating the strategic support services the fund provides to its portfolio companies.

The Successful

Applicant - 5+ years of relevant work experience ideally within a VC or startup(and an Ex-VC), preferably in an international context - Excellent judge of top tier talent - Robust understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a quick-paced setting.
