Key Responsibilities:
Focus on Pricing and business development for Export & Import logistics services.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Shipping lines , and other business partners.
Should have Capability to convert queries to business
Understand customer logistics requirements and provide effective solutions.
Resolve customer issues related to logistics operations in a timely and professional manner.
If Required travel to meet existing and prospective customers to strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
