About the Role
We are seeking talented Pega Developers with 4+ years of relevant experience to join our agile team in Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and quantify the scope and impact of business requirements.
Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs.
Serve as the Technical Design Authority for Pega solutions.
Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, products, and trends.
Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals.

Communicate solution options to stakeholders.
•
Align with enterprise technology standards.
Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps.
Own requirement and solution definition artifacts.
Facilitate open communication and decision-making.
Mentor and support Development and Business Architect teams.
Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions.
Research and recommend industry best practices.
Forecast and plan resource requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design.
Robust knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types.
Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects.
Certified CLSA or CSSA, with minimum 4+ years of experience in PEGA development.
