We are seeking a energetic and experienced APM (Application Performance Management) Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in APM solutions, coupled with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You will play a key role in supporting our sales teams by providing technical expertise, managing Proof of Concept (POC) projects, and addressing the unique challenges faced by various industries.
Responding to client support requests.
Provide technical support to sales teams during the pre-sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our APM solutions.
Manage and execute POC projects to showcase the capabilities of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Develop and deliver customized technical presentations and proposals that address customer needs.
Act as a subject matter expert in APM solutions, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to APM.
Engage in proactive problem-solving to address customer challenges and ensure successful implementation of APM solutions.
