Position: Editorial Support / Personal Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Editorial Support / Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the Editorial team in the Pune office.

The position will be the sole Editorial support resource in the Pune office and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, coordination and documentation for the Editorial function. The role requires robust organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Editorial Head & team with day-to-day coordination
Managing official communication, records,



data & duty rosters
Coordinating with freelancers, stringers and internal stakeholders
Handling payment vouchers, requisitions and operational requirements
Supporting transport/night-drop and other Editorial activities
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of day-to-day Editorial operations

Preferred candidate profile

Someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and excellent at communication, follow-ups and multitasking. Prior experience in PA/EA, administration, editorial coordination or the media industry will be an advantage.
