We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive with excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain property projects.
Qualify leads and generate genuine sales opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Share project details through WhatsApp.
Maintain CRM/Excel records and achieve follow-up/site-visit targets.
Requirements:
Excellent Hindi & English communication – Mandatory
Valuable convincing and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Pre-Sales / Real Estate Sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Real estate experience will be an advantage.
