Job Responsibilities
Operate power press machines safely and efficiently for sheet metal/component production.
Set up dies, tools, and materials according to production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Ensure proper alignment and accurate dimensions of components during production.
Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and defects.
Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the power press and work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report machine problems, tool/die issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of components.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Power Press Operator is preferred.
Knowledge of power press machine operation, dies, and sheet metal work.
Ability to understand basic measurements and production instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing setting.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Freshers with relevant machine-operation skills may also be considered.
