Experience: 5 to 8 years

Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities
Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and visual aids.
Problem solving including customer issues, supplier issues, and internal issues.
Identify prospects for improvement, and work with internal teams to implement them.
Perform regular audits of production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare reports on Non-Conformance and corrective actions, and monitor quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist with training on quality awareness to the team.
Inspect products and materials, and perform tests to identify issues.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Desired Profile:
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma).
Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
