About the Role
We are looking for a Presales Executive with solid communication skills and the ability to connect with customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into opportunities.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in presales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Tamil, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
