Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and qualified phone manner.
Robust follow-up and organisational skills.
Target-driven approach with the ability to handle rejection.
Based in or willing to relocate to Baner, Pune.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM/digital lead-management tools.
Preferred
Experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.
Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms or property portals.
Basic understanding of real estate pricing and payment plans.
Fluency in Marathi or Hindi along with English.
