Key duties and responsibilities:
Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
Check prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
Counsel patients on how and when to take medications, possible side effects, and necessary precautions.
Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to optimize medication therapy.
Provide information about prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
Monitor patients' response to medications when appropriate.
Manage medication inventory and ensure medicines are stored correctly.
Comply with pharmacy laws, regulations, qualified standards, and safety procedures.
Depending on the setting and local regulations, provide services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
